Shipping

Agony + Ecstasy Ibiza are committed to shipping art all around the world. We offer DHL Express shipping in Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Mainland Spain, United Kingdom, United States of America and International countries. 

For pieces for orders in Ibiza we charge a flat delivery fee of €50 to home addresses and €80 for yacht deliveries.

We regret that currently we cannot offer shipping for framed pieces unless privately organised by the client. 

All orders are processed within 14-35 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Agony + Ecstasy Ibiza is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Agony + Ecstasy Ibiza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. They will need to see the box and artwork to launch their investigation. We know most shipping companies use any excuse to avoid paying claims, and so In the case that you receive damaged product we're ready to create a new painting for free or refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
